In Anlehung an die grafischen Benutzungsoberfl\u00e4chen (Graphical User Interfaces, GUI) spricht man hier von Conversational User Interfaces (CUI).<\/p>\n<h2>Chatbot &amp; Co<\/h2>\n<p>Dabei ist es schon fast egal, ob gesprochene Sprache verwendet wird &#8211; wie bei Alexa, Google Home oder Siri &#8211; oder die Konversation mit geschriebener Sprache mit einem Chatbot erfolgt.<\/p>\n<p>In einem ersten Schritt wurden Tools und Vorgehensweisen mithilfe von Fachvortr\u00e4gen vorgestellt. Themen waren u.A.:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BOTS &#8211; Einsatzm\u00f6glichkeiten und Trends<\/li>\n<li>Technologiestack f\u00fcr die Entwicklung von Chatbots<\/li>\n<li>Wie konzipiere und entwickle ich einen Chatbot?<\/li>\n<li>Verstehe Deine Nutzer &#8211; User Experience Design f\u00fcr Conversational Interfaces<\/li>\n<li>M\u00fcssen die Gro\u00dfen immer mitreden?\u00a0 OpenSource-L\u00f6sungen als Alternative<\/li>\n<li>Atomic Intents &#8211; ein kompositioneller Ansatz f\u00fcr konversationsgest\u00fctzte Anwendungen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Anschlie\u00dfend konnten die Teilnehmer in Kleingruppen das Geh\u00f6rte ausprobieren. So wurde gemeinsam ein Voice Interface entwickelt und die Nutzung von <a href=\"https:\/\/dialogflow.com\/\">DialogFlow<\/a> erl\u00e4utert.<\/p>\n<h2>Partner<\/h2>\n<p>Neben Mitarbeitern der TH N\u00fcrnberg standen Experten der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adorsys.de\/\">adorsys GmbH &amp; Co. KG<\/a> und der <a href=\"https:\/\/botfriends.de\">BOTfriends GmbH<\/a> f\u00fcr alle Fragen zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8222;Unser Fokus liegt auf der Entwicklung von Chatbots f\u00fcr Messenger Plattformen und Voice Assistants mit der Hilfe von k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz. Wir sind spezialisiert auf die Entwicklung von Proof of Concepts bis hin zu hoch individuellen Konzernl\u00f6sungen durch NLP, Machine Learning und API Integrationen. Jahrelange Erfahrung erm\u00f6glicht uns ein au\u00dferordentliches Conversational Design zu erstellen mit intensivem Blick auf die User Experience. Zu unseren Kunden z\u00e4hlen gro\u00dfe Konzerne wie Porsche, s.
